Solara - of the sun. When I imagine what self care looks like I visualize being under the sun, in nature, grounded and at peace. That’s the inspiration for this brand.

With a deep inclination to inspire women to take care of themselves without guilt or shame, Elizabeth provides a space to do so through lymphatic drainage massage, herbalism and holistic nutrition.

Elizabeth has been a yoga teacher and fitness instructor since 2019, completing her training in Risikesh, India. From here, she went on to complete additional certification and education in topics such as herbalism/nutrition at Pacific Rim College, bodywork/massage therapy - specializing in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage.

Elizabeth currently operates her practice at Sculpt Studio in Surrey, BC. A close knit team, all with the same goal in mind ; to help you feel your best self, on and off the table.

Other services provided at Sculpt Studio are body sculpting. A non-surgical method of eliminating fat from the body.
