Take the Guesswork Out of Your Treatment
-
Unlike our heart, the lymph system does not have a pump of it’s own and relays on us to stimulate it. It acts as our bodies sewer system.
The massage starts by pumping and opening up the lymph nodes. Then the whole body is addressed with an emphasis on the abdomen. The use of manual and wood therapy is used to flush out toxins, excess waste and bacteria. Faster pace movements are used to target cellulite, break up fascia and sculpt the body at the same time.

Body contouring/sculpting treatments are designed to improve the appearance of targeted areas by combining techniques that support circulation, lymphatic flow, tissue stimulation, fat cells, and the appearance of the skin.
Technology uses:
Radiofrequency (RF): Uses heat to warm the tissue, supporting skin tightening and a smoother appearance.
Cavitation: Uses ultrasonic waves to target fat cells for body contouring.
Vacuum: Uses suction to stimulate circulation, support lymphatic flow, and temporarily smooth the appearance of cellulite.
Laser lipo: Uses low-level laser energy to target fat cells and support body contouring.

The lymphatic system acts as a drainage system, eliminating toxins and waste from our bodies. When this system becomes congested or fails to drain properly, it can lead to illness, lethargy, digestive issues, and a variety of other symptoms.
Various lifestyle factors and external influences can contribute to congestion in the lymphatic system. Regularly detoxifying your system is essential to give your body a natural boost.
-
Body sculpting is generally approached as a progressive treatment rather than a one-time transformation. A series allows treatments to be performed consistently while tracking how your body responds.
5 sessions are recommended on a consistent basis for maximum results. Then clients can do as needed or maintenance.

The massage should never be painful. Light, medium to firm pressure is used. Depending on genetics and hydration levels, some patients can experience light brushing due to the use of wood therapy but only in rare circumstances.
-
This depends on your goals. Some clients book treatments as needed, while others prefer a series or regular maintenance appointments. Every 2-3 weeks is ideal.

Clients often book lymphatic drainage for bloating relief, fluid retention, puffiness, sluggishness, and that “heavy” feeling in the body. It can also be incorporated into overall wellness, post-travel routines, upcoming events and nervous system regulation.
-
Along with skincare, the treatment incorporates facial lymphatic massage and sculpting techniques such as manual massage, gua sha, and facial cupping to focus on circulation, fluid movement, and facial contour.
The treatment is then finished with an LED face mask - depending on the individuals skin, Red or Blue light therapy is used.
